What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment
  • Your account will enter a grace period (typically 7-14 days)
  • You'll still have access to Premium features during the grace period
  • Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
  • If payment isn't updated, you'll be moved to the Free plan
